If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platform Role and Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo.Today is&nbsp;<strong>not an event organizer, promoter, employer, or booking agent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We provide a platform to make event information accessible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events are created and submitted by independent creators, facilitators, venues, community managers, or curated by Todo.Today from publicly available sources (&#8220;Creators&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accuracy, legality, safety, and execution of events are the sole responsibility of the Creators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo.Today may curate, aggregate, and optimize event information from&nbsp;<strong>publicly available sources<\/strong>, including but not limited to social media, public websites, ticketing platforms, newsletters, and community channels, for the purpose of discovery and accessibility. Such curation does not imply ownership, partnership, endorsement, or responsibility for the underlying event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo.Today does not verify work permits, licenses, or legal compliance of event hosts and does not assume liability for events listed on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restricted and Prohibited Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not submit or promote:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illegal activities or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events involving illegal work, employment, or labor arrangements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content that violates local laws or regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content that infringes intellectual property rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Access and Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some features, including&nbsp;<strong>future or restricted event data (such as tomorrow\u2019s events)<\/strong>, are available&nbsp;<strong>only to registered and verified users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This restricted access is an intentional product feature designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve genuine users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent abuse and misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect the integrity of curated content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circumventing or abusing this access is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All platform content, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Event listings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Titles, descriptions, edits, and formatting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curated collections and daily digests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platform layout, structure, and design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is owned by Todo.Today or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share links to Todo.Today pages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercialize content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recreate or mirror event lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish content outside Todo.Today without permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automated Access, Scraping, and Abuse (Strictly Prohibited)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree that you will&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use bots, scrapers, scripts, or automation to access the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract or harvest data, including restricted or future content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumvent login, verification, or access controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use content to build competing services or social channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reproduce &#8220;tomorrow&#8221; or restricted event data outside Todo.Today<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is publicly visible or accessible after login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any such activity constitutes a&nbsp;<strong>material breach<\/strong>&nbsp;of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enforcement and Remedies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspend or terminate accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Block IPs, devices, or sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply technical countermeasures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report abuse to third-party platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pursue legal or equitable remedies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-Party Links and Platforms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo.Today may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for external platforms, content, or actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Todo.Today is provided &#8220;as is&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for event cancellations, injuries, losses, or disputes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users attend events at their own risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms at any time.
